• All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. ALL SALE/JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to the sender. 
• Once an order has been placed, we can NOT cancel the order and refund back to your credit card/paypal. The ONLY option is for store credit. This includes if you place an order multiple times by "accident." PLEASE check your order BEFORE you hit submit.

Please allow up to 7 Business Days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when your return is complete. Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Jayla's Bowtique E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.

Yes, There is a $6.00 cost for our pre-paid return label. The $6.00 label cost will be deducted from your store credit Jayla's Bowtique E-Gift Card.
