Jayla’s Bowtique was founded by Jennifer Denny. Jennifer is a Triple (3X) Business owner, a Full Time Momma and a Mimi who has the most infectious personality & loves all things busy. In addition to Jayla’s Bowtique, Jennifer is also the CEO of Desert Dreams Boutique, a Online Womens Boutique located in Phoenix, Arizona.

In 2009, shortly after the birth of her daughter, Jennifer began creating beautiful hair bows and headbands to match her outfits. After receiving lots of attention from friends and strangers, she decided to expand her business by offering these items to the public. Thus, "Jayla's Bowtique" was born, named after her daughter, Jayla, who was the inspiration for all of her handmade cuteness.

In the early months of 2011, she opened their first store in their local mall initially selling handmade hair accessories, custom birthday outfits, as well as other adorable special occasion items. Business began to grow rapidly and in 2014, she relocated to an independent brick-and-mortar location. By 2015 they had expanded their inventory to include unique designer label and one-of-a-kind children's clothing & accessories and were running out of room from their continued growth. In 2016, Jayla’s Bowtique moved to their current & much larger store located at 4921 N. Sheridan Rd & continues to be the #1 Children’s Clothing Store in Central Illinois.
