Shipping & Returns


When will my order ship?

Jayla's Bowtique is pleased to provide our customers with FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will ship for a Flat Rate of $7.95. We also offer a Local "Pickup in Store" option too. Please see more info on this option below.  At this time we only offer shipping within the USA.

Our business hours are M-Sat 10am-6pm CST. Our goal is to ship within 2 days, but sometimes due to sales or holidays it may take up to 4-6 business days.  Any orders placed after Noon on Friday are considered a Monday order. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and labeled for shipping. We ship with USPS, Fedex and UPS depending on the weight of your package, and the destination. Please make sure to watch for your package as we are not liable for any packages confirmed delivered by our shipping carriers. A safe package is a happy package :)

Special Order items can take up to 3 weeks to create, this time frame does not include shipping times.

What is In-Store Pick up?

We now offer a "Purchase Online & Pick Up In Store" option. Please allow 4 hours from your purchase time before your order will be ready for pick up in our store.  Online orders placed before 2pm can be picked up in our store on the same day & any orders placed after 2pm will be available for pick up on the next business day.  Our store hours are Mon-Sat 10-6pm.  If you have any questions regarding our turn around time please give us a call before ordering (309) 713-1837.

Why was my item refunded?

Due to high volumes on our website at times, it is possible that the site may over sell an item. Most of the inventory on our website is "Real Time Live" unless otherwise noted & errors of overselling is rare, but can happen. Unfortunately, items can also sell out from the time you put an item in your cart, to the time you check out. We recommend shopping quickly to avoid this issue. If this happens, you will receive an email and a refund from us.  We are very sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

Can I use my Jayla's Bowtique gift card online?

Only if it is a "Website" Gift Card code. Unfortunately at this time, gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work on the website and website gift cards do not work in our brick & mortar stores. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policy for Items Puchased Online

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so returns and exchanges meeting the conditions below will be accepted. 
What is your Return Policy? (online orders)
Select items may be Exchanged or Returned for Store Credit Only within 14 days of purchase.  Please see our list of Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable items below.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.  You must provide a proof of purchase (printed receipt & filled out return form) for all returns and exchanges.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip. Include this form in your return package.
Returned items that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be returned to you.Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached & or original packaging (ie. shoe box) and sent via a track-able method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will ship back to you at no charge. 
We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy. 
Jayla's Bowtique does not do price adjustments.
What items that are NOT eligible for Exchange or Refund?
  • -HAIR ACCESSORIES: This includes Hair Bows, Hair Clips, Headbands & Hats unless sold as part of an outfit
  • -BIRTHDAY SHOPPE & SPECIAL OCCASION items: This includes: Tutu's, Pettiskirts, Birthday Shirts & Dresses, Lace Rompers, Party Hats, Party Clips, Diaper Covers, Banners, Cake Toppers, Birthday Boards & any items that say Happy Birthday & or a Number ( 1, ONE, 2, Two, 3 Three etc..)
  • -HOLIDAY ITEMS: Holiday items are only Exchangeable prior or up until that holiday. We will not allow Exchanges or Returns on Holiday items after that Holiday has passed.
  • -DIAPER COVERS, unless sold as part of a outfit
  • -CLEARANCE ITEMS (SALE ITEMS) that were sold at 50% off or more,
  • -FINAL SALE items

 Where do I send my Return to?

If you are local, you can bring your Return Eligible item(s) into our store within the 14 day Return period with your receipt and completed return form. If you are not local or choose to mail your return please do so to the address listed below. Please do not forgot to include your original receipt and completed return form with your return. We highly recommend shipping via a trackable method as we are not responsible for your packages if they become lost, damaged or misdelivered.

Why does my item look different than online?

Computer resolutions may vary, causing bow, ribbon & fabric colors/prints to appear different in person.
